DEEPENING insight FOR TRUE embodiment.

LIFE DOESN’T look or feel THE WAY YOU KEEP AIMING FOR.

You keep trying, and it is almost enough. You might have done some important work already — trying to regulate, sitting with the hard stuff, and asking “Why do I keep doing this?

You may have even been in therapy before, but haven’t found the right groove. Maybe, despite promising treatments or fixes, you keep having the same problems?

Maybe YOU’RE…

  • You may feel a pull to use despite wanting to cut back—then comes the guilt, shame, or self-criticism. Cravings can show up quickly, making everyday feel uncertain or unstable. A cycle might leave you fearing what it might be like with out this substance, or missing out on what you value most—even as you worry about its impact on your health and relationships.

  • You might find yourself with some sudden irritability, anger, or overwhelm, even in response to what seems like small stuff. Or you might drift toward numbness or sleep, disconnecting from your emotions or others. The gap between how you want to feel and what you actually feel can be so defeating, and leaves you craving at least some steadiness and a sense of control.

  • You might be noticing an increasing curiosity or confusion about who you are or who you’re into, followed up with questions about validity, safety, or belonging. There can be relief in getting to know these parts of yourself, but also fear of judgment, rejection, or loss. This exploration often comes with hope for a true connection between your inner sense of self and how you live in the world.

Meet your therapist

MY NAME’S KEVIN.

I offer a different approach to therapy. So what do I mean when I say “deep insight and true embodiment?”

I’m a therapist and a professor. With this combination, clients I work with come to deeply understand why and how they are feeing this way or struggling. Then, they are supported to use this insight to transform their experience and begin showing up in a real way. To do this, I really believe that the relationship between client and therapist is one of our most powerful tools for change. I join you wherever you are and invite you to a welcome, creative, and hopefully safe space to practice honest emotional expression, deepen self‑understanding, and build embodied satisfaction.

here’s how to

GET STARTED:

01

Reach Out

Before making any commitments, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation over the phone. This session is a chance to discuss the challenges that have you seeking support, learn more about my therapy practice, and explore how I can work with you to achieve your goals.

02

BOOK A CONSULT

During this consultation, we’ll talk about the details of my therapy approach and determine if we’re a good fit. If everything feels aligned, we can discuss therapy fees and logistics. If, for any reason, we don't feel like it’s the right fit for either of us, that’s perfectly okay! I’m happy to refer you to a trusted therapist colleague who might be a better match for your needs.

03

BOOK AN INTAKE

If you feel ready to move forward, we’ll get started with your first step: an intake appointment. This is an opportunity for me to ask some more specific questions, hear more about your life experiences and carefully craft a treatment unique to you.
